CC Switch
Configure Bamboo Relay separately for Claude Code, Codex, and Gemini CLI
CC Switch manages providers for several command-line clients. Each client uses a different API protocol. Create an API key in API keys, then choose a model and group in the model marketplace.
Add a provider
Select the target client in CC Switch, add a provider named Bamboo Relay, and enter the following settings:
| Client | API address | Required protocol |
|---|---|---|
| Claude Code | https://api.bamboonode.cn | Anthropic Messages |
| Codex | https://api.bamboonode.cn/v1 | OpenAI Responses |
| Gemini CLI | https://api.bamboonode.cn | Native Gemini |
Supply your Bamboo API key using the client's supported secret or environment-variable setting. Select an available model ID, save, activate this provider, and restart the target client.
Verify
Start a new conversation and send a short test. Check usage logs to confirm the expected model and a successful request.
Do not add /v1 to the Claude Code address: the client supplies /v1/messages. Codex requires a Responses-compatible model and channel. Gemini CLI requires native Gemini support; an OpenAI-compatible chat endpoint alone is insufficient.
