Service terms
These terms apply to Bamboo Relay, operated by Bamboo. Effective 14 October 2026.
Your account and keys
Keep passwords and API keys confidential. You are responsible for requests made with your keys. Set key limits appropriate to your application, and revoke a key if it is exposed. Follow applicable law and the selected upstream provider’s acceptable-use rules.
Service and pricing
The model marketplace shows current configured availability and prices. Request charges depend on the model, group, usage, and billing rules applied by the gateway. Availability and model behavior can change with upstream services. Free testing is limited to models and groups currently configured at zero price.
Payments and data
Review the refund policy before buying credits and the privacy notice before submitting data. Payment providers may impose their own checkout terms. Model output is not a guarantee of correctness; review it before using it for consequential decisions.
Account restrictions and requests
Access may be restricted to address abuse, payment issues, or security concerns. Use the contact form for account, payment, or privacy questions. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law requires us to honor.
